How to trick yourself into meditating

  1. Walk around and pay attention.
  2. Breathe and pay attention.
  3. Drink tea (or coffee!) and pay attention.
  4. Look away from your computer screen and pay attention.
  5. Pet your pet or touch a loved one and notice that your hands are actually feeling something.

Get it yet? In other words, live your life and notice that you’re living it.

Now that meditation wasn’t quite so hard, was it?
